Legal Counsel

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an excellent legal counsel to support the General Counsel of the Company. You will help ensure that company operates within the law at all times creating an effective “guardian of the organization” mindset and facilitating business strategies development.

The successful candidate will be familiar with Corporate, Commercial and intellectual Property and Information Technology laws and will be able to provide a high quality output on a timely manner, ensuring legal compliance and limiting risk exposure.


Working within the company’s legal department, the Legal Counsel will be responsible for assisting the General Counsel with daily duties including, but not limited to:

  • Overall support to the General Counsel.
  • Review and drafting of commercial contracts and IP&IT contracts (Distribution, Reseller, software licenses, Confidentiality Agreements, GTC, SLA).
  • Review and drafting of corporate documentation and agreements (shareholders agreements, joint venture, participation in Due Diligence processes, M&A).
  • Following up and updating corporate information/documentation of the various companies of Scytl Group
  • Assisting in the legal aspects of proposals for Procurement.
  • Guidance and support in corporate governance and compliance policies, including privacy and data security.
  • Provide assistance in all kind of legal actions.
  • Support in managing and coordination external lawyers and advisors


  • Degree in Law with good academic credentials. Having a Master in IP&IT Law and/or International commercial Law is a plus.
  • Fluent spoken and high level legal drafting English is a must. Other languages will be appreciated.
  • 7-10 years of experience, either in a top tech/IP company or on a top law firm.
  • Experience with reviewing and drafting commercial and IP contracts (Privacy, data security and compliance experience.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and with little guidance, as well as being part of a team.
  • Talent for organization, efficiency and self-direction.
  • Eagerness to learn as well as a strong winning attitude.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels externally and internally.
  • Good command on MS Office
  • Experience working in diverse teams as well as team management skills is required.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment that will require successful management of multiple, competing tasks simultaneously while having fun in an open space, young and high-skilled and talented working environment.
