Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the installed solutions in Operations portfolio
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of solutions availability
  • Liaise with stakeholders and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Accountable for the definition and maintenance of the Operations procedures
  • Capable to travel worldwide when required to provide operations support onsite in response to services contracts

Requirements

Technical skills

1. Required:

  • Java and scripting knowledge
  •  Systems Engineering basic knowledge

2. Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Frontend Development.
  • Being familiar with the following technologies: Apache web server, Tomcat, Oracle DB, Jenkins, GIT.

Interpersonal skills

  • Team work
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Availability to be on call, and work outside business hours (on demand).
  • Well organized.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
