Technical Support Engineer

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experience Technical Support Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our solutions.


  • Manage and monitor all installed solutions in Operations portfolio
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of solutions availability
  • Monitor and test solutions performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solving paths, and work to implement those fixes
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Capable to travel worldwide when required to provide operations support onsite in response to services contracts


- Technical skills

1. Backend profile:

  • Django framework based on Python (Solutions backend)
  • Jasper reports (Reporting of Manual Data Entry – MDE applications)
  • Java (MDE backend)
  • Mongo DB (MDE database)
  • SQL Server (Solution database)

2. Front-end profile:

  • Angular JS

3. Systems Profile:

  • Knowledge of infrastructure projects.
  • Linux Expertise (+1 year).
  • Some experience with virtualization. (Ideally: OpenStack, VMWare).
  • Familiar with the following technologies:
  1. Apache web server
  2. Tomcat
  3. Oracle DB
  4. Java, GIT
  5. Jenkins
  • Required knowledge on ansible and bash scripting. 
  • Desirable other scripting languages (python,...)
  • Some Windows knowledge is appreciated.

  • Availability to be on call, and work outside business hours (on demand)
  • Availability to travel (up to 50%)
  • Fluent in English.
