Position overview

Scytl’s traditional business is online voting for political elections. The company recently launched a new offering for private elections, run by non-governmental organizations such as associations, labor unions, political parties and universities. You will be in charge of inside sales of this new offering in UK and Ireland.


  • Contact potential customers by phone and email
  • Nurture strong opportunities by maintaining close contact with key decision makers
  • Win and retain profitable customers
  • Closely manage and report sales pipeline
  • Obtain and share market insight with the Marketing and Product teams.


  • Proven sales success in a quota-driven, high demand environment
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline
  • Track record in B2B sales; enterprise software is a plus
  • Previous experience promoting a new solution based on disruptive technology
  • Experience managing customer objections
  • 5+ years of experience as inside sales and/or account manager
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM solutions; Salesforce is a plus
  • Native English speaker; a second language is a plus.
  • University degree, in business, computer science or related field.
